1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User", "you") and JOJO AS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the battleroyalgame.live website and the "Jojo AS" mobile application (the "Service").

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (EDUCATIONAL TRIVIA) The "Jojo AS" application is an educational sports trivia and flashcard application focused on football and basketball terminology.

• The "Battle Royal" Mode: The term "Battle Royal" used within the app and on our domain refers strictly to a 15-second time-attack intellectual trivia challenge. It does not feature, promote, or simulate physical violence, weapons, or action-combat gameplay.
• No Real Money Gaming: The Service is entirely free to play. We do not offer real money gambling, betting, or any opportunity to win real money or real-world prizes.
• Virtual Economy: Any in-game experience points (XP), levels, or achievements are purely virtual, possess no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA STORAGE We respect your privacy and have designed the Service to operate with minimal data friction.

• No Registration Required: You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or share your phone number to use the App.
• Local Storage Only: The App operates offline. All your game progress, flashcard statistics, and unlocked achievements are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear your device's data, your progress will be permanently lost. We do not store your data on external servers.

5. ELIGIBILITY The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, features, and functionality within the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, flashcard data, logos, and software) are owned by JOJO AS and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JOJO AS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including data loss due to device issues or uninstallation.

8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Norway.
